AUTO BODY REPAIR SINCE 1945
Originally opened in 1945 at 1800 Texas St. Ralph Barron Sr. was employed by Lone Star Cadillac as well as Rainshine Top and Body before opening his own shop with his wife Josephina. The shop moved to the intersection of Cotton and Texas in late 1959 and with the help of his brother Raymond, his son Ralph Barron Jr. and wife Norma Barron they soon outgrew the location and moved the business to the heart of downtown El Paso.
In 1967, the Barron's purchased a building located at 906 Texas. Throughout the years, Ace Body Shop has employed all 5 of Ralph Barron Jr's. sons and remained at the Texas location until 1999, when Ralph and Linda Barron III, opened the current location at 6617 Montana. Ralph Barron IV helped design this website. Michael Barron manages the 906 Texas location.
